The Camp Eden Health Resort supports a rich variety of plant species that characterise rainforest, regenerating rainforest and wet sclerophyll forests in south-eastern Queensland. The floristic recorded on the property are strongly influenced by soil type, topography and moisture.
The area of wet sclerophyll forest surrounding Camp Eden Health Resort is dominated by flooded gum (Eucalyptus grandis) and rainforest species.
Subtropical rainforest occurs on the lower slopes and gullies. Dominant species of swamp mahogany (Eucalyptus robusta), and broad-leaved paperbark (Melaleuca quinquenervia) have been identified in a small area of swamp forest on the lower flats.
