Healthy eating is a core element of your experience at Camp Eden and will greatly assist in detoxing, energising and rejuvenating your body. Your energy levels will reflect a ‘younger’ you and the vibrancy of your skin and eyes will be an added element proving the benefits of our food program.
Our menu has been created through the careful dissection of empirical research gathered over our 28 years of operation and also incorporates up to the minute scientific findings. The success of our food program has been proven over and over with glowing feedback from the thousands of guests who have joined us regardless of age, current state of health or weight loss aspirations. Our aim is to teach our guests how to incorporate a healthy whole food regime into their everyday lives for ongoing health and vitality while at the same time, delighting the palate with our unique array of spa cuisine dishes. Fresh seasonal foods prepared with caring hands more than cater for your Recommended Daily Intake of protein and incorporate all the necessary food elements for health and well being.
While fad diets can be popular, they are historically unsuccessful often having a reverse effect in the long term and for this reason, we are committed to our researched and proven food philosophy. In integrity therefore, we are more than happy to cater for allergies and major food sensitivities but unable to cater for individual food menus. If you have specific needs such as protein powder supplements etc, we advise you to bring those along with you.
Each recipe is created with care and our mealtimes a delight in the ambient surroundings of our new dining room overlooking the stunning Currumbin Valley.
