Our participants will enjoy safe and effective techniques for reducing muscle tension, redressing muscular asymmetries, and improving overall flexibility using a variety of training techniques and novel solo and partner-based stretches for the whole body. Your training is supported by treatments for the relief of muscle tightness and pain areas and enhanced with the energetic healing of yoga.
