We therefore founded the Eden Rewards programme to show our commitment to our guests and the quality of life they can achieve.
The overall purpose of the Programme is to be true to our Camp Eden philosophy – to assist guests in making lasting changes. The majority of people therefore, wish to return on a regular basis. We call it a ‘top-up’ of Camp Eden benefits where guests are reminded of the empowerment of a healthy, active and serene lifestyle...

| Guideline for the Accumulation of Eden Rewards Points |

This program was initiated in 2005. Stays prior are not eligible for points accumulation. |

New guests become an Eden Rewards member after their first stay . |
| • |
Once a guest is an Eden Rewards member – they may accrue referral points when referring another party who is a new guest to Camp Eden. Referral points are allocated when the booking has been confirmed with payment. This allocation equals one ER point per night of the referred parties’ length of stay for their first stay only. |

The “referee” must mention the name of the person who referred them (at the time of booking) in order for the points to be allocated. |

In the case where the “referrer” is not mentioned - confirmation of the referral from the new guest in writing (per email to and from our Eden Rewards Coordinator) will be required before the points can be allocated. |

In the case of sepecial offers:- |

30% or greater specials (including ‘Bring a Friend for Free’) do not attract any points accumulation other than referrals. |

Eden Rewards stays - no points are allocated where a complimentary is used. |
| Normal Point Allocations |

Points are allocated to a guests’ Eden Rewards Points credit during the period of their stay.
An In-House letter is extended during that week with further explanation.
Example - one Eden Point per night of booking - 7 nights = 7 points; 12 nights = 12 points etc.

Purchases of pre-departure stays attract a bonus 3 points at the time of purchase (3 point bonus on a 7 night stay = 10 points). In the event that the 7 night Pre-Departure is extended, point allocation will cover every night of the booking and still include the 3 point bonus.

Pre-Departure Referral purchases may be made for family members or friends. The purchaser receives the 10 points (7 night stay) for this purchase and no allocation is made to the party receiving the stay. This allocation will cover referral for any new guest to Camp Eden. |
